Policy Donation Guidelines
Toyota of Wausau is committed to supporting local organizations that improve the quality of life for the communities we serve. While we would like to support all worthy charitable organizations, we have to prioritize. Please fill out the following when making your request.
Donation Policy Form
? Only 501 c3 and public organizations qualify for support.
? To be considered for support, organizations are requested to complete an application for funding.
? All applications should include the IRS tax determination letter and with their application.*
? A minimum of three weeks lead time is needed to consider an organization’s application.
? Local organizations are given priority over national organizations.
? Individuals are not eligible for support.
? Organizations that service or are affiliated with our customers, board members and/or employees are given priority.
Donation Requirements
? All donations and employee participation will be recognized on your organization’s website and/or blog, if you maintain one. The recognition will include a photo provided by the dealership, the dealership’s logo, and a short summary of the dealership’s support of local charities. All articles will include a link back to the dealership’s homepage.
? If your organization has a Facebook page, you agree to post a photo that both parties agree is appropriate and thank the dealership's employees for its support of your mission/project. The text portion of the Facebook post will also include a link back to the dealership’s Facebook Page.
? If your organization has a Twitter page, you agree to post a photo and thank the dealership's employees for our support of your mission/project. The text will also include a link back to our website or our Twitter account.
? If your organization has an Instagram page, you agree to post a photo and thank the dealership's employees for our support of your mission/project. The text will also include a link back to our website.
* Upon request, the most recent IRS informative letter will need to be provided. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items donated by Toyota of Wausau.
